When we choose to follow Christ we also naturally want to be Christ-like.
The Bible gives us many examples of things to stay away from but thankfully the Bible doesn’t stop there.
In Philippians 4 God also gives us alternative positive things to focus on by saying
“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.”
Try focusing your mind on heavenly things and see if it helps shift your attitude and your direction in life.
