When we think of Jesus, we often picture him performing miracles, preaching to crowds, and spreading the message of love and forgiveness. But did Jesus also practice meditation as a way to connect with God and find inner peace? The answer is a resounding yes.

Another reason Jesus meditated was to find inner peace and clarity. In a world full of distractions and challenges, it can be difficult to stay centered and focused. But through the practice of meditation, Jesus was able to find a sense of inner calm and clarity that allowed him to navigate even the most difficult situations with grace and wisdom.
Finally, Jesus recognized the power of meditation as a way to teach and inspire others. In the Sermon on the Mount, he says, “When you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you” (Matthew 6:6). Jesus knew that the practice of meditation could be transformative for his followers, helping them to connect with God and find inner peace and strength.
